Bawden Collection

zanabazarThe Bawden library is a comprehensive resource on all aspects of Mongolian studies with a very thorough coverage of the Mongolian language, literature, history and religion. It includes books, periodicals and offprints. A substantial part of this collection is in Mongolian.

This library includes materials published in the West as well as Mongolia and Inner Mongolia (China).

Professor Bawden has also recently donated the remainder of his library to the trust, which includes books, offprints and photographs, as well as his correspondence files and working papers.  This addition to the Bawden collection is still to be sorted and classified.
